Sorry for the silent treatment. It has nothing to do with you. It is all me. These last couple of weeks... hell, months have been a literal kick in the balls.
My baby brother (over 30 but still) took his own life this late April and we finally laid him to rest at the beginning of June. Between those two occasions, my life has been a rollercoaster of emotions. so when I ran out of scheduled content I didn't have the stamina to push through and write more. But I am getting better and better every day and this is the restart of my weekly newsletters. The blog will probably have new posts starting in August.
So keep your loved ones close and never stop telling them you love them.
